For example, one idea would be to put up images of a celebrity that you admire or represents what you would like to look like. Visualize that you are home alone and all your favorite junk foods are in front of you. See them, imagine their smell, and just allow the craving. Now, see yourself putting all those foods in the garbage, and imagine you are eating a healthy salad. Bring all your senses into these thoughts. Now imagine that healthy salad creating a strong metabolic system, supporting your muscle growth, naturally burning all the extra fat from your body. Imagine your body turning into this lean, mean muscular machine while you enjoy every bite with all your senses.
It is important to remember that you are not WATCHING this movie, you are the main actor and star!
One More Example
Another “movie” might be to picture yourself in the gym. See the racks of weights and all the running and cross-country skiing machines. Imagine yourself warming up, then performing all your exercises. Feel your lean body and firm muscles. Imagine executing each exercise. Feel the muscles burn. Breathe regularly and easily in and out while performing each exercise. Feel the weights in your hands. Imagine the gradual transformation happening to your body as you perform your workout.
Now, go to a full-length mirror and stand in front of it. Your new ideal body and perfect weight are reality. Allow yourself to appreciate your new look and say the following affirmations out loud to yourself:
