As a result, caring and intimate relationships are closely linked with our mental state and sense of happiness. The Law of Attraction is an ancient and useful tool to help you resolve any unhappy relationships, improve an existing one, or attract a new one.
Ask Yourself Some Key Questions
As with many aspects of the Law of Attraction, you need to first understand yourself deeply. Having healthy and happy relationships is worth gold, so it will be worth your time to ask yourself some key and revealing questions. Ask yourself: Is your career/job more important to you than your family? What have you found in your life that makes you happy? Who in your life inspires you? And who just exhausts you? What responsibilities do you tend to avoid?
After thinking about these questions, you will be able to identify the parts of your life that could stand improvement.
More questions: Do I respect who I am and who I present to others? Do I do things I love doing, or do I spend my time resenting what I “have” to do? Another important and insight giving question is do you enjoy being by yourself? Do you enjoy your own company? It just makes sense that if you don’t like yourself, how can others be expected to like you?
Do you think of yourself as being unlucky in love? If so, you probably also believe that you actually don’t deserve to be loved. By not loving yourself, you will only block others attempts at expressions of love for you. You will struggle to find the right partner and maintain any relationship. As a final result, you will feel alone in the world, and as a result, will attract more loneliness.
Putting Yourself First: Self Care Matters
Self-care means basically taking care of your own needs, your health and your sense of happiness and well-being. Often, we neglect our own self-care by trying to always meet the needs of others before taking care of our own. In other words, we are putting ourselves last, and this will ultimately harm our own self esteem. There are certainly times when we would want to put another first, especially when we are in a loving relationship. But, if this is your regular routine, constantly putting others before yourself, the Law of Attraction will give you more of this: putting you last. A successful relationship allows you to take good care of you first, enabling you to take care of others from a sense of happiness and confidence.
Being Grateful is Key
Do you ever stop just for a little while and think how really grateful you are to those people in our life, those people who do love us and provide us with support and care? If you have not thought this was important, you need to think again. Gratitude, constant gratitude, is a true key to happiness and a basic element to the Law of Attraction. If you feel grateful for your life partner, for example, you will sense a real boost in the relationship and manifest love in your life. What you are grateful for, you will receive more of! This goes for you too. Think for a minute the many reasons to be grateful for things in your life and just sit and think about them. This alone will bring you a sense of peace that you will not believe.
If you are not feeling good about a relationship, try to think back about happy moments you had together and write them down, then be grateful for those times. While focusing on being grateful, it is important that you avoid focusing on any negative aspects of the relationship. Remember, you get what you think about and if you are thinking negative thoughts, that is exactly what the universe will provide you. And, on the other hand, if you focus on being grateful, the universe will provide you with even more reasons to be grateful.
Try to begin each day with a gratitude exercise. This will make it easier to reflect on other things that occur during the day to be grateful for. When you first wake up, try to think of things you are grateful for right then. “I am grateful for a great night’s sleep.” “I am grateful to wake up!” “I am grateful for the dreams I had last night.” “I am grateful for this comfortable bed.” “I am grateful for this warm house.” “I am grateful for my life partner.” You get the picture! What a wonderful way to start the day.
Looking for That Special Person: Your Soulmate
This is a suggested meditation that is one way to manifest that person who completes you, the one you will love, adore and be grateful to be in your life for the rest of your life.
Sit upright in a comfortable chair. Take a few deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth, never straining. Allow your body, your mind and your heart the chance to totally relax. Gently close your eyes.
Imagine yourself on a date with a person who is exactly who you have pictured in your dreams. You feel completely at ease with yourself, the person you are with and the situation you are in. You are having fun and are completely engaged with this person.
Feel your love go out to this person, feel their touch, their smell. Imagine the strong love chemistry that is drawing you to them. Allow this feeling to permeate every ounce of your body. Enjoy this feeling, feel it with your whole mind and body. You are creating the circumstance that will allow you to manifest this very situation in your physical life. Allow yourself to enjoy these sensations, and be grateful for this experience. Revel in this experience. It will be yours in reality soon. Believe this with all your heart and soul.
